Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement is usually best. Depending on the area being treated, you may be asked to expose part of the area involved, but your comfort and privacy are always respected throughout the session.
For upper body treatment, some clients find that wearing a standard bra rather than a sports bra allows easier access to areas such as the upper back and shoulders during treatment. However, you should wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.
