Treatment sessions are tailored to the individual and designed to support recovery, movement, and long-term physical function in a calm and professional environment.

A mandatory initial assessment session includes full examination and treatment. A link will be sent when you book with a pre-registration form that must be completed prior to the initial session.

The 60 minute session predominantly uses deep soft tissue massage with the option of dry needling and Muscle Energy Techniques to target the cause of your pain and relieve the symptoms.

The 90 minute session will provide us with the extra time to treat the more chronic of injuries and add in additional therapeutic techniques
